By accessing this website or requesting services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

SparkCore Handyman Services provides general handyman and home maintenance services.
All services are offered on a case-by-case basis and depend on site conditions, materials, and scope of work.

Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are non-binding and based on the information available at the time.
• Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if hidden issues are discovered.
• A minimum service charge may apply.
• Additional labor, materials, or time will be discussed with the client whenever possible.

Materials

• Materials may be supplied either by the client or by SparkCore.
• SparkCore is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures related to client-supplied materials.
• Any warranties on materials are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not SparkCore.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to job complexity or unforeseen conditions.
• Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Safe and reasonable access to the work area
• A safe working environment
• Access to utilities if required (electricity, water, etc.)

SparkCore is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access, or unavailable utilities.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SparkCore Handyman Services is not a licensed general contractor unless explicitly stated in writing.

We do not perform:

• Structural work
• Major electrical or plumbing work
• Work requiring special permits
  unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SparkCore is not liable for:

• Pre-existing or hidden conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are provided “as-is”, without warranties beyond those required by law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Disclose known issues related to the project area
• Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings
• Obtain HOA or building management approvals if required
